We move through the day in a soft, unhurried rhythm, beginning with breath and gentle movement, settling into a sound journey, and drawing close through the warmth of intentional touch.
There is nothing to perform here. No level to reach, no version of yourself to become. Only an invitation back into the body you already are.

THE WOMAN BEHIND IT
A note from me.
For years I have held women through bodywork, listening with my hands to all the things they couldn't yet say in words. Soul Rise was born from what I kept hearing beneath: the longing to slow down, to be witnessed, to come back home.
This is the day I have wanted to gather women into for a long time. A space built from softness and intention. I would love to have you.
